I’m a Real Person!

No Brevard County has strict rules regarding short-term rentals.
Sure you can but you will need a key to gain access. The key to the community pool is located in the laundry room. You will need the pool key to access the community pool area, which is about six doors down. (No need unless you feel you need a larger area to swim).
I will send you the front door and garage key code three days before your arrival. Please press firmly on the keypad.

We fully understand that Fido is also part of your family. That said, we will make that desition on a case by case bases. As a host, I have to be mindful of the other guest that will precede you.
The number of people in your group should not exceed six people. Otherwise, extra charges will apply.
Cocoa Beach is only a five-minute drive away. Our preference is an area around Washington Avenue beside Cherie Down Park. You have free parking, restrooms, showers and running water. In addition, the boardwalk area is pretty crowded and very nice to visit. You can stop and swim anywhere along the beach from Port Canaveral to Miami. Pick your spot.
